All torque values are given in foot-pounds (Ft-lbs) unless otherwise noted.

• Camshaft sprocket bolt: 126 Ft-lbs

• Camshaft thrust plate bolt: 17 Ft-lbs

• Connecting rod cap nuts: 48 Ft-lbs

• Crankshaft damper bolt: 200 Ft-lbs

• Crankshaft pulley bolts: 30 Ft-lbs

For standard ARP head studs:

1. First step: 30 Ft-lbs

2. Second step: 60 Ft-lbs

3. Third step (repeated until all studs have settled in): 120 Ft-lbs

For ARP 2000 PRO head studs:

• 30 Ft-lbs, 60 Ft-lbs, 90 Ft-lbs, 125 Ft-lbs

• Engine block to transmission: 30 Ft-lbs

• Engine mount to cylinder block bolts: 75 Ft-lbs

• Engine mount to frame bolts: 50 Ft-lbs

• Exhaust manifold bolts: 26 Ft-lbs

• Flywheel/Driveplate bolts: 65 Ft-lbs

• Fuel injection pump mounting nuts: 31 Ft-lbs

• Front cover bolts: 33 Ft-lbs

• Hydraulic lifter guide plate bolts: 18 Ft-lbs
