Tune Updates and Changes

This work is billed at the current hourly rate once we have enough information to estimate the effort.
This does not apply to a recently purchased tune. If there's something you don't like within the first 2 weeks of receiving a tune, please let us know. We'll do our best to make it right.
Stipulations
We only perform updates at the hourly rate for the original purchaser. Please include your original order # with your initial request to validate this.
You must send in the actual PCM or Chip that we originally tuned so that it can be updated.
We will not send you a replacement to "swap" since they've been stolen in the past
Blackout Periods
We may ask you to delay your request at certain times of the year if we can not guarantee you a reasonable turnaround time.

November-December
February-April

Please be sure to include identifying information with it so that it can get processed correctly when it arrives
